Hotel Le Cardinal Rueil Centre - Rueil-Malmaison

We really enjoyed our stay, but the breakfast was a bit basic and our room could've been comfier. The local shops and cafes were sweet as!

we booked family room with a newly installed bathroom and could use wake-up service, available in it. location: the hotel was near to the business center, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries, and the beautiful church of stpeter.

Its rooms are good sized and functional with a large bathroom and very good shower, for instance for a very nice stay. The interior is unique and design is unique.

The cardinal offers cozy rooms with exellent wifi and a lovely bar area. It's ideally situated near supermarkets and parks. Staff is warm and helpful.

Limited breakfast hours. Could improve variety.

the position near centre of Rueil was excellent and access to rail station into Paris very good. Time to Arc de Triomphe from hotel 30 to 40 mins.

the advertised english breakfast was rather vague. As a continental breakfast this was fine with plenty of fresh choice.

There was only 1 hour of free internet (staying 2 days). Extra hours can be bought at 8 EUR/h. I think that the description "24 hours WiFi access" is misleading.

the breakfast was limited and it was inconvenient to have to make your own eggs. the staff was helpful, and the shower had good water pressure. local shops and bakeries nearby enhance the experience.

I didn't, would not stay here again, staff we very willing but the hotel is very tired and run down.The hotel bar was unable to even provide a glass of red wine or beer......unbelieveable!!

Cleanliness and daily cleaning of room

In a very quiet location, no restaurant services in hotel, charged tax on top of bill that we were not told about

The entire hotel was clean, with large and functional rooms. I enjoyed the breakfast with a wide range of appetising food. - the property was in a magnificent location next to bars and within easy reach of Paris. It was also close to Rueil center.

Room was nice and good size, great value for money. Free parking is luxus around Paris area.

The hotel kept the covering funds(cushion) too long after the visit.

bed was very hard, furniture in the room was broken and/or old. very overpriced in terms of the room you get.

The initial receptionist (young lady) was very helpful. Bed was comfortable and there was a good hairdryer in the room

Radio/clock in room broken. No one answered when I tried to arrange a wake up call. Internet access was free for 1 hour after that you had to pay, but I could not find a web site or any other method to pay. night reception could not/ would not help. Breakfast was very minimal.

It was fairly easy to find and located semi-close to the main city (Paris). The check in was simple and friendly and the customer service was excellent!

Nothing specific about the hotel was negative. A closer Metro station would have been nice but they have no control over that!
